You can if you wish but we have learned from our personal experience that's not a very effective sales tactic. Most of our users search within a particular radius so there is a good probability your business or service won't show up in their search radius. They will see it only if they are willing to travel.

When you send out an inquiry via the 'Make Contact' button, an inquiry will be sent out to the respective person for that apartment including your information such as budget, move in date and contact info. They will follow up directly with you via email or phone to confirm availability and schedule a time to view it.

If you encounter any user that you suspect is a scammer, using abusive or inappropriate language or any other reason that you think we should be aware of, you can report him to us.

If you are no longer offering accommodation, go to your profile, and click on the "Delete my Accommodation Listing". Once you delete your listing, all that information will be permanently deleted.

• Renter is "always" out of town and makes repeated excuses
• Asking to meet you to discuss at some shady location or his/her place
• Too low an offer or too good to be true. Remember you get what you pay for
• Asking for a small payment / deposit to receive a key or to hold the apartment
• Payment method requested is a wire, Western Union or MoneyGram
• Asking to pay a 3rd Party
• Mention of a family Lawyer drafting the lease agreement
• You cannot see the place physically
• No Proof of residence has been provided (a rent bill, lease, or Government ID)
• No Social website available to confirm identity (Drive License)
• Listing or the exchanges with the person include bad or unnatural grammar
